Location: Chapleau, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 20+ hours per week

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Courier to join our team in Chapleau, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of customer shipments while providing exceptional service and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer packages according to daily schedules.
• Scan packages and mail when received, delivered, or returned to the depot.
• Communicate with customers and Dispatch to resolve delivery-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR).
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of vocational training is considered an asset.
• Valid G driver's licence.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driver's abstract.
• Experience operating delivery or courier vehicles is considered an asset.
